As a research institute reporting directly to the university, the Center comprises an advisory committee, an academic committee and a council. The advisory committee is jointly headed by Nobel Prize laureate, Professor Robert Merton from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Professor Li Yining, the Honorary Dean of Guanghua School of Management.
