Professor Yan now works for Yale School of Management as an associate professor. He achieved his bachelor degree from Nankai University in 1995, master degree from Peking University in 1998, and Ph.D. degree from London Business School in 2005. The focus of professor Yan’s research is to better understand financial markets in the presence of frictions, which include imperfections both in markets and in investors (i.e., bounded rationality).
