YAN Qingmin

Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and a member of the Party Committee

Mr.YAN Qingmin was born in 1961. He is a Ph.D in Economics and Management. He enjoys the special expert allowance from the State Council. Mr.YAN was appointed Vice Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) in May 2013. Currently he is the deputy mayor of Tianjin since December 23th, 2014. He has been elected as the Vice chairman of the China securities regulatory commission and a member of the party committee since Dec 2017.
