Dr. Li Qi is now Associate Professor as well as Deputy Head of the Department of Applied Economics at the Guanghua School of Management. In July 1983, He graduated from Peking university and obtained a bachelor's degree in Political Economy, then received his Ph.D in economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in June 1997.
